The younger girls belonging to the age group 4 to 10 years are directly under the care of matrons who also bath and dress them daily; and get them ready for School. This age group and the respective matrons have separate rooms/ dormitories for sleeping and playing indoor games which proves very useful especially in rainy weather.
The older girls have separate dormitories.
All the dormitories are named after Indian flowers; Mogra, Rajnigandha, Gulmohar, Sada Bahar, Gulab & Surajmukhi.

Every girl is provided with a bed, bedding and a cupboard for her personal belongings.
For the comfort of the girls geysers in all the bathrooms and in order to conserve electricity, solar water heaters have been installed.
A modern and well equipped kitchen which is kept gleaming clean provides the girls with nutritious meals. There’s a spacious dining hall for the children with sufficient natural light and ventilation. The girls are served breakfast and two meals daily. Besides, they are given nourishing snacks like fruit/ roasted ground nuts/ rajgira laddu etc. twice every day.
The open courtyard is fitted with play equipment that ensures fitness for the girls as they play and grow happily.
For overseeing the wellbeing of the girls we have five women as residents and three administrative staff. The staff are sensitised and dedicated and work tirelessly towards the wellbeing and happiness of the girls.
Mothers/ Guardians can meet their daughters/ wards on fixed days every month. Also, they take the girls home for the summer vacations. This ensures that the girls remain connected with their families.
